1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Manhattan
Mutual LLC (dba Mobile Masters) (Houston, Texas) regarding:

  • Device repair appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Repair status and pick-up notifications
  • Special offers, promotions, and discounts
  • Customer service and support communications

2. Consent & Opt-In
You may opt in to our SMS program by:

  • Submitting your phone number through our website contact or booking form
  • Providing your number in-store and checking the SMS consent checkbox
  • Texting a designated keyword to our business number

By opting in, you confirm that:

  • You are the account holder or have authorization to use the phone number

STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation
message, and no further messages will be sent. You may re-enroll at any time by opting

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier
according to your service plan. Manhattan Mutual LLC (dba Mobile Masters) is not
responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to
AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
Manhattan Mutual LLC (dba Mobile Masters) and participating carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

protect your information. We will never sell, share, or rent your mobile phone
number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
Manhattan Mutual LLC (dba Mobile Masters) is not responsible for:

  • Delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues
  • Any losses or damages resulting from reliance on SMS communications
  • Unauthorized access to your messages or phone number

10. Modifications
Manhattan Mutual LLC (dba Mobile Masters) reserves the right to modify or discontinue
the SMS program at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS prior to
implementation.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without
regard to its conflict of law provisions.
