Q: Why is my screen showing “Please run channel A”?

A: You will need to run the channel auto scanner.
Step 1. Make sure the antenna is properly inserted and secured on the device before you begin the channel scanner.
Step 2. Go to the menu, scroll down using the channel buttons on the device, until you reach channel in the menu.
Step 3. Than press volume arrow right on the device to toggle the cursor to the channel options.
Step 4. Scroll down to the second option to auto scanning and press the volume arrow right again and one more time to confirm. That should start the auto scanner.
